Drotex Quality Control System in Production

Drotex^®is a leading manufacturer specialized in researching and manufacturing of special protective fabrics.

Now please let me introduce our Quality Control System.

1.When order is ensured, we will sign a contract containing: Fabric Name ; Function ; Material ; Color ; Various Techenical Intexes Requirement ; Delivery Time . After examination , we will make a lab dip (A,B,C,D four colors) for your choice to decide the final color in production. Production Department Start Order According to contract.

2.Grey Cloth: Professtional QC will test yarn count , density , fabric weight , strength , style , width to see if it meets contract requirement.

3.Dyeing:We use environmental Vat dyestuff and QC will inspect and control the quality in every links.Then test Various Parameters (Fabric Strength , Color Fastness , Shrinkage , Weight , Width) , appearance and handfeel.The data will be recorded .

4.After-Treatment:Before treatment take sample in every 1000 meters to make sure the consistency of function and shrinkage.

5.Also physical and chemical performance of samples from finished products in bluk production will be test .Then we'll send the client sample from bulk production before delivery.After confirmation , products will be deliveried at once.

We will reverse sample and test result of grey cloth,colored cloth and final product for bulk production.We have a professional testing center . For some products we have professional certificates and test reports by authoritative 3rd Test Agency.
