Fabric description and key features

#CN350AS, is one line of DROTEX® ARCSAFE fabric Series for industrial workwear which is blended with 87% long stapled cotton and 11% durable nylon fiber and 2% antistatic fiber.This fabric has superior abrasion resistance and wrinkle resistance,excellent performance of air permeability and moisture absorption,better strength than other fabrics.At the same time Cotton/Nylon 88/12 FR fabric maintains the soft handfeel and comfortability of cotton fabric.Protective clothing made of this fabric has excellent flame retardant performance,as well as better arc flash protection performance and splash guard performance of molten metal drops.This fabric has higher ATPV value and better thermal protective property which is a relatively high-end product in flame retardant series.

Its excellent advantages:

1.Excellent high strength and very low level of formaldehyde(less than 70ppm).
2.Abrasion resistant,good color fastness and specially brilliant softness.
3.Good anti-static feature together with superior FR feature.
4.Comfortable to wear and can provide comprehensive protection for workers.

It is specialized and most used in hot climate regions such as electric,Machinery,oil gas industry,smelting industry,etc.
