Fabric description and key featuresFor workers exposed to open flame, electric arc, welding sparks and electrostatic risks, temporary flame-retardant coatings can fail after repeated washing. That’s where AM210 Inherent Flame Retardant Aramid Fabric stands out.Built from premium aramid staple blend, AM210 delivers permanent thermal protection locked inside fiber molecular structure — the safety performance will never wash off or wear out. Widely recognised as standard IIIA aramid fabric, it has become a mainstream material for high-performance protective coveralls worldwide.

1. Inherent, Permanent Flame Retardancy
Unlike chemically treated FR cotton, aramid’s flame resistance originates from aromatic polyamide molecular chain.
When exposed to flame, the fabric carbonises rapidly to form a stable heat barrier.
✅ No melting, no molten dripping that causes secondary burns
✅ Self-extinguishes once flame source is removed
✅ Protection remains effective after hundreds of industrial launder cycles
