The concept of QC

QC is short for "Quality Control".The main work for QC is to monitoring the whole procedures when fabrics are under production, to justify the production technics and other details and to be sure that method is within requirements by customers

Basic meaning of QC:

1.Checking the quality of the control at all stages of production.

2.Discover the problems that affect product quality in production and take corrective and preventive actions

3.Testing the quality of products, help making the Internal test reports,Give factory,company and customers updated production process.

If there is problems during the whole process like weaving,dyeing,and after-finishing,the QC will try their best to assure fabric quality and communicate with company to make a better solution.
