DROTEX'S Quality Control
Quality starts with control and the selection high quality ring spun yarn, every treatment is checked which results in detailed test reports.In between every step in production is transparent and all the time under control.
Step one: Selecting and control twisted RS yarn made by long stapled cotton include yarn strenth
Step two: Gray fabric inspecting, Main fabric physical property will be checked
(surface,width,nep,glossiness,lenth etc..) one by one
Step three: Dyeing and FR finishing inspect:
Step four:Each batch will be tested by Professional technician, each person was trained by UL&BTTG
lab termly, each lot inner test report will be issued by our testing center along with bulk
production, include below:
Flame retardant characteristics
Dimentional stability
Tear and tensile strenth
Washing and color fastness
Formaldehyde(OEKO-TEX 100)
